Shipping Policy
At Fitment Craft, we aim to make your furniture delivery experience clear, reliable and convenient. This policy explains delivery time, shipping method, lifting support, assembly service, payment terms, cancellation rules and warranty conditions.
Delivery Time
Regular orders usually take 7 to 10 working days.
Dhaka Assembly
Inside Dhaka, eligible furniture assembly is free.
Outside Dhaka
Delivery and assembly support may vary by location.
Service Warranty
1-year free service warranty for manufacturing faults.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is between 7 to 10 working days for regular orders. For corporate orders, customized furniture, special orders or bulk production, delivery may take additional time depending on product type, production schedule and factory workload.
As many Fitment Craft products are produced on demand, the delivery timeline may vary. However, customers will be informed regarding the expected delivery timeline before or during order processing.
Delivery Delay Notice
Delivery date may change due to unavoidable circumstances such as courier delay, transport disruption, production delay, natural disaster, government restriction, strike, road condition, emergency situation or other logistics-related issues.
If any delay occurs, Fitment Craft will inform the customer as early as possible.
Shipping Charge by Order Value
Shipping fees are applied based on order value slabs. These charges cover third-party courier delivery and standard packaging. The following charges apply mainly for inside Dhaka city and courier transport.

Note: For deliveries outside Dhaka, delivery charge may vary if dedicated transport, large furniture movement or special logistics are required.
Delivery Method
Inside Dhaka city, we provide home delivery through Fitment Craft support or third-party transport. For eligible furniture items, free assembly is provided inside Dhaka city, except wall mounting or special installation work.
For outside Dhaka city, we provide door-to-door shipping where courier or transport support is available. In outside Dhaka locations, physical assembly service may not be available. However, we can provide video call support for assembly if required.
Product Lifting
- Inside Dhaka only
- Up to 2nd floor: Free
- From 3rd floor: 1st item ৳100
- Each additional item: ৳15 per item per floor
Assembly Service
- Inside Dhaka: Free assembly for eligible items
- Outside Dhaka: Self-assembly may be required
- Free video call support will be provided if required
- Professional fitter outside Dhaka: ৳1,500–৳2,000 per item
Mode of Payment
For shopping up to BDT 50,000, customers need to pay 10% of the order value as confirmation payment. The remaining balance must be paid on the same day of delivery.
For orders above BDT 50,000, bulk orders or corporate orders, the confirmation payment amount is 50% of the total order value. Final payment terms may be discussed based on order type and project requirement.
Order Change or Cancellation
Regular orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 days from order confirmation. A cancellation charge may be applicable depending on order status, production stage, material purchase and work progress.
Customized, corporate or special production orders may have different cancellation conditions depending on the progress of the work.
Service Warranty
Fitment Craft provides 1-year free service warranty for manufacturing faults. This service warranty applies to eligible furniture issues caused by manufacturing defects.
No warranty or guarantee is applicable for glass, fabric and artificial leather. Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, accident, improper handling, overloading, unauthorized repair or external impact is not covered under warranty.
Delay Penalty
Fitment Craft will pay a delayed penalty valuing 0.5% of the value of the goods per week if delivery is not completed within the standard confirmed deadline.
However, there will be a 7-day buffer period before any such penalty is applied. Delay penalty will not apply for unavoidable circumstances, customer-side delay, logistics disruption or force majeure situations.
Inventory Holding Cost
If the customer does not take delivery of completed goods within the agreed time, the customer will pay inventory holding cost valuing 0.5% of the value of the goods per week.
A 7-day buffer period will be provided before any inventory holding cost becomes due.
