Dhaka Delivery
Shipping fees are applied based on order value slabs for inside Dhaka city and courier transport.
Outside Dhaka
Delivery charges may vary depending on courier availability, dedicated transport or special logistics.
Lifting Support
Inside Dhaka, lifting is free up to the 2nd floor. Charges apply from the 3rd floor.
Assembly Service
Inside Dhaka assembly is free. Outside Dhaka video call support is available if required.
Fitment Craft Shipping Policy
Shipping fees are applied based on order value slabs. These charges cover third-party courier delivery and standard packaging for furniture orders. The shipping charge depends on the total order value and delivery requirements.
The following shipping charges apply only for inside Dhaka city and courier transport. For deliveries outside Dhaka, the delivery charge may vary if dedicated transport, large furniture movement, special handling or customized logistics are required.
This policy is useful for customers ordering office furniture, workstations, executive desks, beds, dining furniture, storage items, hospital furniture and other Fitment Craft products.
Important Delivery Note
The charges below are for inside Dhaka city and courier transport. Outside Dhaka delivery may require separate discussion depending on location, product size, order quantity, courier limitations and logistics support.
For large furniture, bulk orders, office setup projects or special delivery needs, our team may confirm the final delivery cost before dispatch.

Product Lifting Policy Inside Dhaka
Furniture lifting means carrying the product from the delivery point to a higher floor. Inside Dhaka, Fitment Craft provides lifting support based on floor level and item quantity.
Free Lifting
- Up to the 2nd floor: Free
- Applicable for inside Dhaka only
- Suitable for standard delivery situations
From 3rd Floor
- 1st item: ৳100
- Each additional item: ৳15 per item per floor
- Charges may depend on product size and building access
For large items such as sofas, wardrobes, beds, executive desks, conference tables, heavy storage units or hospital furniture, lifting support may need proper access, stair space or lift availability.
Assembly Service Policy
Some furniture products may require assembly after delivery. Assembly support depends on delivery location and product type.
Inside Dhaka
- Assembly service: Free
- Applicable for eligible furniture items
- Handled by Fitment Craft support team or assigned fitter
Outside Dhaka
- Free video call support will be provided if required
- Single item assembly with professional fitter: ৳1,500 – ৳2,000 per item
- Final cost may depend on location, product type and fitter availability

Outside Dhaka Delivery
For outside Dhaka deliveries, Fitment Craft will review the product type, order size, delivery location and available courier or transport support. Delivery charges may vary if dedicated transport, special logistics or extra handling is required.
Customers outside Dhaka are encouraged to confirm shipping details before placing large or bulk orders. This helps avoid confusion and ensures smoother delivery planning.
