Return and Exchange Eligibility
A return or exchange request must meet the basic conditions below.
5-Day Request Window
Return or exchange requests are accepted within the first 5 days of purchase, if the item is eligible under policy.
Unused Condition
The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Original Packaging
The product should be kept in its original packaging for return or exchange review.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required to complete a return or exchange request.
Regular Priced Items
Regular priced products may be eligible for refund or exchange if all policy conditions are met.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale, discounted, and customized products are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Return and Exchange Charges
Some eligible return or exchange requests may include a service charge based on the invoiced item value.
Return Fee
A 15% return fee may apply to the invoiced item value if the return request is eligible and accepted.
Exchange Fee
A 10% exchange fee may apply to the invoiced item value if the exchange request is eligible and accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or not the item you ordered, contact Fitment Craft immediately so the issue can be reviewed.
Damage reports may not be accepted after the delivery person leaves, based on delivery company rules. So please check the product carefully during delivery.
Important Notes
- Items sent back without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
- Sale, discounted, and customized products are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Customized products include changes in color, size, design, or other custom requirements.
- Refund approval depends on product inspection and policy eligibility.
- If approved, the agreed refund amount may take up to 10 days to process.
Refund Process
Once Fitment Craft receives and inspects your returned item, our team will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not.
If the refund is approved, the agreed refund amount will be processed through your advised payment method. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be completed.
