EMI Facility Overview
Instead of paying the full order value at once, eligible customers may divide the payment into monthly installments. Common tenure options may include 3, 6 or 9 months, but the choices available to you can change and will be confirmed before payment.
Eligible credit cards
EMI is available only on supported credit cards from participating banks. Debit and prepaid cards are not eligible.
Minimum purchase
The minimum eligible transaction amount is BDT 5,000. A bank or promotional offer may apply additional conditions.
Clear confirmation
Your available tenure, monthly amount and any applicable bank charge will be shown or confirmed before payment.

Tenure and Charges
Depending on the bank and current payment arrangement, tenure options may include 3, 6 or 9 months. Interest, processing fees and other charges—if applicable—are set by the issuing bank or payment partner. Limited-time offers may reduce some charges, but no zero-interest benefit should be assumed unless it is specifically confirmed for your transaction.

After a Successful Payment
Your bank may take approximately 5–7 working days to convert the transaction into EMI. The installment schedule should then appear according to your credit-card billing cycle. Contact your issuing bank if the conversion or statement schedule is unclear.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I convert a regular payment into EMI later?
Usually no. EMI should be selected or arranged at the time of payment. A completed regular transaction might not be convertible afterward.
What if my EMI transaction fails?
A transaction can fail because of bank rejection, card eligibility, gateway interruption, an expired payment session or connectivity. You may retry after confirming the issue with your bank or Fitment Craft Support.
Is EMI available on discounted or bundled offers?
Not always. Eligibility can vary by product, promotion, card and bank policy. Please confirm before completing the order.
How is the payment protected?
Use only the secure payment route supplied or approved by Fitment Craft. Your card issuer and payment provider apply their own authentication and security controls.
