• Bed over a study desk: Study Cum MBV6-003, Study Cum MBV4-001 and EduRest list an upper sleeping area and a study desk underneath. Do not count the desk area as a second bed.
• Different materials and features: the Aristocratic listing combines solid wood, MDF and plywood; other designs use mild steel and/or laminated board. The Playful listing includes a slide and drawers: allow for the full arrangement, not only the mattress footprint.

• Room and ceiling: measure floor space, ceiling height, fan and window positions, access to the ladder and the delivery route.
• Mattress: confirm length, width and permitted thickness for each sleeping level. A thicker mattress changes the usable guardrail height.
